Event Profile: China Xiamen Machinery & Electronics Exhibition (CXMEE for short) is the largest machinery and electronics exhibition specifically authorized by Ministry of Commerce of the P. R. China and jointly sponsored by the Chinese mainland and Taiwan. Keeping a foothold on Asia and going global, it has become a major platform for transaction, exchange and exploration of global markets by the cross-strait machinery and electronic enterprises after its 10-year development. What¡¯s more, it did not only have extensive influence on the cross-strait machinery and electronic enterprises, but also was given attention and recognition by buyers from more and more countries, especially those in Asian region, with 4000-odd foreign buyers from 46 countries and areas, and over 19,000 professional businessmen presented at the 11th CXMEE held in April, 2007.
