Event Profile: The 16th China International Hardware Fair will be held at Tianjin ¡¤ Binhai Inter- National Convention & Exhibition Centre from September 8th to September 10th, 2009.

Since Bohai Economic Zone has been introduced into strategic layout of national development, this zone has developed rapidly, and has been praised as a new economic development pole after the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta. Jingjinji Zone will grow into an emerging market in China¡¯s Economy and Northeast Asia in the year of 2010. Binhai Zone, located in the center of Bohai Economic Zone, is becoming an open door for the north of China, a base of modern manufacturing and R & D indu- stry, an international shipping center and international logistics center in north of China.

As the world economy will have slowed down its development step in the follo- wing years, China¡¯s export-oriented economic pattern will be changed. Keeping growth depending on expanding domestic demand has been a common opinion. China will have the most opportunities in the world next year. Tianjin Binhai district and Bohai Economic Zone will definitely be the focus in the next tide of growth. Therefore, it is a rare chance for all the hardware enterprises to occupy Tianjin market.

The 16th China International Hardware Fair chose the city of Tianjin as the venue. The 16th CIHF will cover all the exhibition halls of Binhai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, with an exhibition area of 40,000 square meters and 2,000 booths.
